Hiking everywhere
Well everywhere, not really, but this Dutch guy sure made a very complete website on hiking and whatever comes with it. Besides the fact that there is some info and some intersting links on the subject, I thought the most interesting part is that almost every country you can think of has a significant number of hike trails mentioned. Yes, the guy is a bit obsessed with walking but I thought the result was very nice anyway! (check out the pics as well, there are some great ones.)
